California boasts the world's fifth-largest economy. Its favorable climate, diverse geography, and rich cultural tapestry make it one of the most desirable places to live. However, California is not currently the favored destination for business that it should be.

The state is experiencing a significant exodus of wealthy business owners who are relocating themselves and their enterprises to states with more business-friendly climates. These states offer lower taxes, less burdensome regulations, and are free from the rampant 'sanctioned extortion' by lawyers who exploit businesses through excessive litigation.

It's not just entrepreneurs who are leaving; large companies are also choosing to move or establish new operations outside of California.

Now is the time for all of us to come together to attract companies and high-paying jobs back to our state. It's time to end the exploitative practices of class action and PAGA attorneys who are driving businesses away and harming job creation.

Together, we can realize the true American dream right here in California, with abundant high-paying jobs and incredible opportunities for all. But first, we must take action to reinvent California by inviting businesses back and stopping the drain of our resources into the pockets of self-serving lawyers.

This call to action is just one part of our ten-point plan to reinvent California. Stay tuned for more!
